18 Seconds for Health

an insider's guide to better communicating with your doctor

Quick Tip

If you go to the doctor for a particular problem and the doctor offers a treatment that you try and it doesn’t work, you have to let the doctor know. Seems obvious, doesn’t it? I have patients come to me, complaining about other doctors who recommended treatments that didn’t work but did not go back to let the doctor know.

Remember, your doctor is human, if you do not let us know we assume that the treatment worked for you.

Your health is your responsibility.
